City Youth Matrix firmly believes in the vision of our founding fathers that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights. By fulfilling our mission to facilitate the right of children to reach their full potential we are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. We believe each child and the matrix of individuals and organizations surrounding them are individually unique. Incorporating a diverse network of cultures, races, religions is an embedded value in our internal and external systems by the nature of who we are.

We celebrate the diversity that is present when we all come together and the need for each other’s skills, gifts, and presence; this is what unifies us. Through our partnerships and youth programming we simultaneously highlight the importance of individuality and shared community values.
