FREE. Each February, Downtown Frederick is transformed into a winter wonderland! The event kicks off on Friday evening with Fire Performances and a Live Ice Carving Demo, plus the opening of the Polar Lounge and Ice Games Center. Then, all day Saturday, visitors can view 100+ ice sculptures displayed all over downtown, catch Live Ice Carvings during the day, challenge a friend at the first-ever Ice Putt-Putt Course, be dazzled by a roaring fire tower at the Polar Lounge, and explore all that Downtown Frederick has to offer. Make your trip a breeze by taking advantage of the FREE SHUTTLES! Shuttle stops offer free parking at three locations Saturday, with all-day service into downtown.
