Introduction to the Trades (Introducción al comerciante)

Come and meet the successful and interesting owners/managers of some local businesses and explore the possibilities of learning a trade. Trades included will be: HVAC, Landscaping, Home Remodel/Renovations,  Window Installations, Auto Detailing, & more! There are great opportunities to learn about and work in all kinds of trades. We want to introduce some of these to our youth and broaden the horizons for those who may not choose to select college as their next step after graduation. There are jobs that are very important, needed, greatly appreciated, well compensated, gratifying and sought after. Come and hear from some experts who have chosen these vocations and explore some new possibilities.

(Venga y conozca a los interesantes y exitosos propietarios/gerentes de algunas empresas locales y explore las posibilidades de aprender un oficio. Los intercambios incluidos serán: HVAC, paisajismo, remodelación/renovaciones de viviendas, instalaciones de ventanas, detalles de automóviles y más. Hay grandes oportunidades para aprender y trabajar en todo tipo de oficios. Queremos presentar algunos de estos a nuestros jóvenes y ampliar los horizontes para aquellos que tal vez no elijan la universidad como su próximo paso después de graduarse. Hay trabajos muy importantes, necesarios, muy apreciados, bien remunerados, gratificantes y buscados.
